Hey forum...
So i've a question out there for any e-jet operators regarding the economics of the plane. It comes down simply to this... Which is more cost-effective? Lotsa of airlines operate the E170 and E190 fleets together... Air Canada, Virgin Blue, BA Cityflyer, and many many more. So lets say you're flying your E170 with 70 seats and your E190 with 100 seats. If they both cost the same to operate, why would you buy the E170 when you could have relatively the same cost with 30 more seats of revenue potential? Is there that much of a difference in the operating economics of the two airplanes? |
